Hello English Muse readers! Karen from A Simple Cup of Tea again. After a week of moving apartments with my family and another week jetting off to Cardiff to audition there I’m finally back with a post. This week I’m talking about traveling – again.

You can buy this lovely print by Kristen Vasgaard right here in her Etsy shop.

Is there such a thing as talking about traveling too much? Personally I think not. The thing I was thinking about today as I sat in Cardiff airport waiting for my flight – at a way too early hour if you ask me – was that every single of my traveling experiences have brought something to my life.

It didn’t matter whether I was on the road with my family as a kid to camp in the mountains of France, taking the Eurostar to London on my very first solo trip abroad for a summer school or having a luxurious weekend in Cologne for some serious mother-daughter quality time.

Travel enriches the mind and gladdens the soul.

It can cost a fortune or next to nothing. That doesn’t matter: the world is a wonderful and interesting place. See as much of is as you can: your next-door town or a country at the other end of the world.

The sky is the only limit.

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. Here’s to a lovely start of the week!

You are so right when you say that each travel journey brings something and we also learn and have wonderful experiences.

    What did you audition for?

  3. Karen says:

The MA Musical Theater at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. I’m really happy with my audition, it went really well. Now it’s in their hands…

    That sounds very exciting indeed.
    Thank you.
